About Us
Our retail store is located in the little country town of Bourke in Outback NSW. It has been in the Randall family since 1956. It's evolved over the years and has always offered a very diverse range of goods for a small country town. Being a Newsagent, Toyworld, Giftware and Homewares store you will be very surprised when you walk through our front door by what we have on offer!
Back O Bourke Collective showcases some of the beautiful products we are stocking in store. Not all at the moment but we hope to grow our online range as we find our feet. We have lots of local products in “The Pantry” all of which you will love. These make a great addition to your cheese platter or dinner table. We also have a luxurious collection of handmade Australian soy candles and diffusers by Peppermint Grove and Moss St which will add beauty and fragrance to your home.
We have recently expanded into baby/children gifts and clothing stocking brands like Toshi, Skeanie, Sophie la Giraffe, Snuggle Hunny, Jellycats, B.Box, Crywolf and many more. Lots of great gift ideas for newborns or just to keep your little ones entertained.
Betty Basics & Sass Clothing alongside Holiday Trading Co has the ladies covered for casual womenswear. With essential styles you can rely on to keep yourself looking and feeling fabulous, you're sure to find something to suit your fashion sense.. Very easy wearing and super comfortable. An epitome of the relaxed lifestyle of bush life.
For the men we have some fabulous clothing and accessories by ORTC. Their board shorts offer quality and a stylish fashion statement and although we don’t live by the sea they have been very popular with the locals for everyday wear, heading to the river or going to a mates for a BBQ and a beer. We also have an extensive range of snazzy men's socks and hankies; making great gifts for birthdays, Father's Day and Christmas.
We have also been lucky enough to source some great Australian made jewellery. Lisa at Polka Polly creates the most beautiful resin earrings. These give you that pop of colour to make you stand out from the crowd. So much fun!! Another amazing brand we stock is Who's Charlie who focus mainly on freshwater pearl jewellery.
